CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Agreement We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies will be honored: 🕐 A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required when canceling appointments. If canceling by phone, text, or email, notice must be made during regular business hours. Please cancel using the link provided in your confirmation email or text notification. 🕐 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a $25.00 cancellation fee. 🕐 Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the FULL AMOUNT of your scheduled service being charged to the card on file. This advance notice allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Fees will be charged to the credit card on file without additional notice. Clients who forget or consciously choose to forgo their appointment for any reason will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of their missed appointment and may lose the privilege of booking appointments in advance. PLEASE REMEMBER: If you are texting, calling, or emailing after business hours to cancel an appointment, the message will not be received until the next business day. If this results in less than 48 hours’ notice, a late cancellation fee will apply. This can easily be avoided by canceling using the link provided in your confirmation email or text.
